HIAG’s got a net you can borrow. He’ll be tangled up in it so you can ask him directly.

How much of that will be reinvested in the squad though?

Knowing Levy not a great deal.

He'll use it to help pay off stadium costs.

We’ll see. Depends how much he wants to keep MP. My bet is that he does and that we’ll spend.

It’s not always Levy. Many times Poch has stepped in and blocked a proposed transfer.

I think Levy has to spend big to prove to the players, and to Poch, that it's worth staying.

    Me too.

Poch must be seriously considering his future.

They've not really progressed in the past couple of years and need investment to both keep them at this level and make the next step.

Would be a big missed opportunity if they don't make the best of this squad and coaching set up.

Glad someone else knew this, the "Levy Out" brigade always fail to acknowledge that.

I'm pretty certain the pair of them want to bring in some big signings this summer, not just because of the dry summer last year but the squad needs a lot of improving now, first time since Poch's first season that significant changes are needed.

Interesting concept, investing in the squad. Looking at the difference between what we paid for our squad and what it is estimated to be worth, we've made the best investments of any top club.
I suspect there is a proper investment process in place with the manager and the scouting team having to set target prices they want for buying or selling.

Massive Summer for Spurs get this wrong and you'll give the likes of Chelsea, Man Utd and Arsenal half a chance of knocking you down the table.

I’d call reaching a CL final progression. 5 or so years ago we were only very occasionally in the CL.

But we need a deeper squad to improve any further.

Reaching the final was a good achievement but I think the league, given its duration, is a better indicator of progress:

    - 2018/19 = 71 points - 4th
    - 2017/18 = 77 points - 3rd
    - 2016/17 = 86 points - 2nd

That's clear regression and again highlights that Spurs need investment to maintain and improve as you've said.

Big summer for Spurs - it could unravel a bit if Levy and Co are not careful.

I’d say that 16/17 was an exceptional season for us and that the other two are more typical of the last few seasons.

However, we need to reinforce the squad. No doubt about that.

Wembley was a huge issue in the last two seasons. Our away form is a better indicator.

You think Levy won’t want to pay off stadium debt with your profits??

Why would he? Stadium debt only costs about 3% a year so around £20m. It doesn't count against FFP rules so no advantage in paying it off.
There will have been sone covenants on the debt prior to the stadium handover but if it has been handled correctly they should now be less onerous.
