West Ham in 2005. Won 4-2 and Owen got his first and only hat trick for the club. That really was a great day.

Blackburn away in i think 2001/02 season.

Hadn't even got to my seat and Dabizas was sent off for a handball on the line.

Blackburn took a 2 goal lead which Shearer cancelled out only for us to be eventual losers 5-2 was the final score

    Barnsley in the league cup

I think we won 1-0, also i seem to remember Sylvan Distin made his debut

Just remember being in the bar before kick, Barnsley had a terrible away kit of mainly yellow with green trim, and some poor lass had it on.
Cue around 40 geordies singing "its just like watching Brazil" happy days

    Man Utd 2 - 2 Newcastle 1987 (I think)

I was seeing a girl from Manchester and ended up in the Stretford End. She was in her man utd top which probably saved my life lol. Mirandhina (spelling?) scored twice for us as we took the lead twice. First goal she managed to keep hold of my arms when we scored. When the second went in she was too slow and I jumped up like a numpty with a suicide wish. Got plenty of abuse but nothing more. When they equalised I had what seemed like thousands of man utd fans singing at me and not looking very friendly. I just stood there trying to look cool, but I was ****ting myself if I'm honest lol.

I was there but didn't get home that night. Went to a pub after the game and was drinking with nine other guys. 19p a pint in those day's, put £2 on the counter for a round and got 10p change.

TBH, I'm surprised I ever got into football - my first game I went to see was Chester vs Northamton Town...need I say more

    Fulham 0 - 1 Newcastle, December 15th 2007.

My first ever away match, however, was Sunderland v Tottenham, as my Mother is a Spurs fan, and Spurs won 2-1. This was in about 2004.

I think mine was either Coventry away where we lost 4-1 or Peterborough in the FA Cup when McClen scored. Not sure which came first.
