    Canny little song that.

This is another Randy song to quietly slip on if you have any PC guests round your house ...

... you eventually get a 'WTF' look on people's faces <laugh>

Can we keep this thread to the title subject, lads . . . . there's another thread 'Every night is a music night' for music and we shouldn't spoil Monty's original :emoticon-0148-yes:

The alternative is to just merge them.

You always have to encourage your children to listen to music ...

... but it can be cringing having to listen to their first ever choice being played over and over and over.

Of course it's wrong to try to push them in your favoured direction but it's bloody tempting at times.

I always hated Oasis and Liam's grating whiny voice, still do, and that was played incessantly <doh>

I was chatting to a cockney mate on the phone earlier.
We were having a bit banter and a laugh and he said.
"Ere, the landlord of my local pub is from Newcastle, you'd get on well with him, same sense of humour etc and a Sunderland fan".

I said "oh a Sunderland supporter from Newcastle, are you sure he's not a Newcastle supporter ".

"No mate, Sunderland, the ones in black and white stripes ".

I said, " you can fùck off you cockney **** and tell your gravy stained mag mate to fùck off too" :emoticon-0148-yes: <laugh>

Very tempting indeed and it’s what I tried to do with my lad. Ultimately it didn’t work and he got into Grime and all that sort of stuff. Now when he’s on leave he goes to festivals where DJs are playing. At the moment he likes Fred Again (at least I think that’s the name). So much easier with the bands I grew up listening to.

I'm sure my first single I bought was Rubber Bullets by 10cc, still a canny tune. We had been given a record player from one of my aunties and I wanted my own record to play for myself,I might be wrong but I think it was about 40p....crazy price looking back now.
