Yeah, doing ok thanks, the football makes sleeping difficult at times as can be awake till 5am if it’s a late game. If I’m baking I just go out straight into the kitchen for 4 hours then go back to bed after baking. Cool temperature of early morning is very conducive for such pastimes.
Covid is ripping through the country proper this time so selective of where I go and who I see. Although most inter provincial travel is banned. No jab program running yet so getting 2000+ cases everyday.
around 400 deaths now, and it seems to spreading a lot more than first time around.Yeah, doing ok thanks, the football makes sleeping difficult at times as can be awake till 5am if it’s a late game. Spreadable Nduja sausage on sourdough rye bread.
It was in Lidl, it's Italian. You'd have to grab it before they change to Greek stuff on Thursday. It's really nice.Where is that from? I think Waitrose sell spreadable chorizo. Never tried it. Have it in Spain.
Can’t blame us “dirty ferangs now” but the corrupt border police are responsible for the latest outbreak and idiotic government allowing tens of thousands to leave Bangkok for Sonkran. It’s beyond belief how these brainless military idiots run this **** show.around 400 deaths now, and it seems to spreading a lot more than first time around.
Yeah, it’s a shambles. Everyday there’s a new edict by some department or other. Latest is we can get one from private hospitals from July for 3000 baht but don’t believe them. Don’t do big gatherings ie weddings, funerals or affirmation parties. Even future tourists with a vaccine passport will still have to quarantine. What a joke!Yeah keep away from crowded places mate or gatherings indoors. It's not like you can even come back to the UK to get your jab, because the quarantine is so expensive.

Diced haloumi, fried, makes great alternative 'croutons' for in a tomato type soup.
Absolutely superb.
