Probably my favourite noodles, but generally any noodle is my favourite noodle. I have a good recipe for them with this spicy peanut butter sauce with chilli oil, soy, ginger and honey, similar to satay with strips of chicken or a veggie alternative and fresh veg ... peppers, carrot, spring onion, chopped peanuts, asparagus. Stir fry it all together and the sauce goes nice and sticky and kind of a little crispy
Think your noodles will go well with this...

Was gonna knock up an omelette. No butter so that was ****ed.

Toasted muffins, lightly fried salami, perfectly poached eggs topped off with blue cheese, beans and maggis.
