Our pioneering and exciting client is enhancing its Research to Development (R2D) expertise in T cell immuno-oncology by establishing this leadership role for an Associate Director/Director of Cell Therapy and Process/Vector Optimisation
Their advancing technology platform delivers TCR-based T-cell therapies in order to generate robust antigen - specific T-cell responses. In partnership with the research team you will ensure Cell therapy processes and technology are optimised and translatable into the GMP manufacturing and clinical applications
You will establish and be responsible for the cell therapy R2D activities within the company by acting as key technical expert, establishing key criteria, technology and process that will allow ultimate successful integration of strong scientific research into a product with clinical utility.
We are looking for a talented leader who has a PhD in relevant scientific discipline - preferably immunology, together with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in positions of scientific expertise including experience in process optimisation for cellular therapies and preferably within the biopharmaceutical setting.
