I don't really like fried chicken and yours looks a bit weak. Others seem to like it so you must be doing something right. I quite liked the look of the mac and cheese that got hammered a few pages back. So maybe it's me.
The mac was bloody lovely. Hindsight I reckon ten mins on a high heat would have been sufficient to crisp up the top. Added grated aged chipotle Red Leicester Parmesan and cheddar.
Well sort of, I suppose it's just like cheese on toast. Easy to make and really nice. @Suckmyklopp you can dip in whatever sauce you want, I had brown sauce with them.
