typo, there was more than one, I would have to estimate the exact amount as there was quite a few of them.
I am.. All I've eaten all day is porridge and four slices of marmite on granary toast.. And I've been circuit training.
I've had some weird, extreme, cold thing for two weeks. I refuse to call it flu as I've had that and it was ****ing awful which this isn't. It's just ****e and has gone on for far too long.
Restaurants really should offer ovaltine as a hot drink option.. NOF.. Yeah I had that in September.. Six weeks it lasted.. Buy echinacea and vitamins.
Sounds exactly like what I had straight after new year. ****ing horrible and then I went deaf for about 10 days with all the catarrh
I don't take echinacea but I do take vitamins every day, washed down by the juice of one lime. That's supposed to keep me cold free. It has failed me. Feel a bit better today. First day in a couple of weeks I've woken up without wondering whether I've been hit by a bus.
I used to every day. Think I'll order some now. Can't hurt and I'm crap at being ill. Doesn't suit me.
I agree on echinacea, it does seem to prevent colds. I've run out of the stuff though so should probably get some. Going out tonight, I'm going to sink a good few pints of ale I can tell thee. As such I won't have time for a proper tea so I am playing squash after work and will pick up a chippy tea on the way home. Given I'm a northern bastard it'll most likely involve a pie and some gravy. Makes you wonder why I bother playing the squash really.
I'm attempting to have a frugal weekend then have an all dayer on Sunday as have Monday off.. Think the mrs is cooking tonight..
