Currently stood in a paki pizza shop. They have a fit polish bird behind the counter: bet she’s been torn through and has more stds than shleppys bride.
Well i thought there has been 3 cracking meals posted today. Ginges pork (on the bone) and dumplings stands out for me Luvs chicken looked nice, he has the whitest rice i've even seen. Stans starter looked great, liked all the red onion etc served with it. So a big to all 3.
Id eat that, although would prefer a no bone version. Good to see some buttered crusty bread with it too. I think that's two consecutive meals of your I've liked now. Only one moan, if you served me a portion that small as a main, Id be moaning my bolloxs off.
I'm a bit funny about my food when it comes to bone, don't know why, just am. Also stuff like offal is a big no no for me. Oh btw I saw some frozen packs of sausage in the supermarket today, something like a pack of 20....Richmond and some other brand. Now I don't buy frozen but out of curiosity, I picked up a pack and looked at the meat content.... only 50%...I'm just fussy bro, that's way too low for me.
Don't forget Ginge lives in Thailand, they eat a lot with their hands. I reckon his pork on bone looked superb. Offal i'm a fan of, kidney, i like, but heats are my favourite, especially duck hearts fried in butter. Liver i can take or leave. As for sausages, i only buy Aldi (not frozen), i liie my sausages fried not grilled, but i break the golden rule, i always pierce them before cooking.
Lemon, salt and pepper on the salad. Simple but delicious. Sometimes I add cumin to the salad. I love cumin.
I maybe would have put a little olive , lemon juice and some chilli flakes over it, it looked a very thai style dressing, i liked it.
Liver is rank, absolutely disgusting. Kidney, i might be able to stomach with enough steak and pastry. Choice of the three if I had to, I'd opt for heart. I very rarely fry stuff, sausages in the oven, cooked in their own juices and hopefully not too much of it. I generally measure the quality by the lack of fat and smoke from the cooking. Basically I've found if you are paying less than a couple of quid for six, then leave them on the supermarket shelf.
Little bit off trivia for ya. you know the kind of depot i work in, can you guess the 3 main items through the door and out again each day? little clue, all 3 are delivered, checked in, picked, and loaded from different areas
I wouldn't know mate, I know how the logistics roughly works in them places, but I wouldn't know the answer to a question like that, at a guess it has to be perishables, so fresh fish, flowers and milk products....pure guess and probably totally wrong. Although bread has a very short shelf life.
Normally I will not buy sausages unless they have a week sell by date left on them. Sausages really do need to be kept to their sell by date, and the cheaper versions can be rank even on sell by date.
I don't include potatoes, as the country is a very fond off potatoes, and the way they are delivered in, checked, and then loaded is immense. But the next 3 are Bananas every day thousand off boxes. Carrots, also every day, massive amount. The last one just shows what a lazy nation we are. Sandwiches ffs, everyday pallets off sandwiches and wraps.
Carrots last forever! At least they do in our house as for some reason we buy loads and end up giving them to the dogs.
