Thai tonight from the Bangkok Express.

Duck red curry, pork red curry, chicken panang and beef pananag.

Pad Krapow, Pad Thai, sticky rice as accompaniments. Satay chicken and prawn something to other for starters.

    (This for four)

All this delivered at 7.30 I hope. Job done.

Probable blow job later as the Mrs will be having a gin or two.

I experimented with some fresh brussel sprouts in the slow cooker a few days ago, wrapped in foil, olive oil, salted with pancetta thrown in - it was totally rank. Don't know why but it completely changed the taste of the greens somehow.

Can’t imagine eating foil is nice. I’ve searched Jamie Oliver recipes and he doesn’t even ruin his food with tin foil.

    True.

Could have done with a green one in there tbf.

Was still very nice though. Had a nice big bowl of mixed red curries for dinner today with some rice. Lovely.
