I remember when my mum could be bothered to make stuff. Then smell off fresh bread, ham and egg pies etc. We had airing cupboards then, let it rise. Home baking is a dying trend.

Tbh I would've eaten the whole thing and pushed the chicken to the side. Cardboard would have more flavour.
