The girls love it.. When the PA's are feeding Lollie this, it's all over her face, she can't eat it quick enough.. Always raises a smile in our world..
Mine has turned into a casserole thing mate. If i had pre planned it it would be in the oven also. I just got carried away whilst making some burgers for another day. So now i have a casserole on a low heat on the hob. Pork loins. Linc sausages Bacon bits, peas carrots onions and mushrooms (cos it started out that why, not a casserole) But the mixture off additives is scary, i cook and taste and add. So far it has, mixed herbs, black pepper, gravy granueles, oxo cubes, garlic grans, brown sauce, and for some strange reason a bit off mixed spices. Sounds strange, but like i said, i taste as i go, and it tastes fine so far. I've done roast tatties, but i think it's crying out for mash.
i had aberdeen angus burgers last night, they were great, but i like my homemade ones better, which is what iv'e just been doing for later days.
Chilli chicken drumsticks, with paprika, chilli, garlic, salt pepper. Roasties in goose fat, pre seasoned with chilli basil salt pepper all Spice Sweetcorn and broccoli soup, blended in juicer and made from juices off chicken which was cooked in a crock pot then drained and crispied off again. Crushed Jacobs crackers for croutons
Tomorrow I'll bottle the liqueur from my Rumtopf and I'm going to use the fruit to make boozy ice cream. I'll also go for a run as the summer holidays are over but that's a separate thing.
