I'd PM mick to ask if he can change us from senior member to Chief antagonist & the Fuhrer respectively.. but will no doubt get ignored.
First gym visit of the new year in a few minutes time...first since the 13th of December actually...not going to be fun...
My plan is two games of squash a week and one swim. That should suffice for me. Diet wise I kicked off the new working year with a McDonalds breakfast, was starving mid morning and drove past one and coulen't resist. That's me on that front though, one **** breakfast a week is all I'll allow. I'd already had porridge with blueberries, banana and manuka honey but it was at 7.00am so I was Lee Marvin by half ten! Doing well on the no booze front, if I make it to my birthday, a week on Saturday, I will be having a few then and also the following weekend on a pre booked day/night out in Bristol. Other than those two days I plan to abstain till Feb. Beef stew for tea tonight, left over from yesterday.
tonight = PAN FRIED SALMON & SPINACH LASAGNE ........... made with homemade pasta and tomato concasse. freshly made clementine syrup, shot of campari, shot of grand marnier topped with proscetto
i haven't had my tea yet, i had the sh(i)ts earlier, ( sorry for those that are eating ), i'll probably have peanut butter on toast.
Something with chicken breast it would seem. She is on weightwatchers so I'm not allowed to cook, the food she dishes up is great but I end up starving so having some **** snack just before bed, which kind of spoils things. Big chunk of cheddar last night! I'm also starving in the day all the time so do likewise, I've become a bit addicted to these boxes of spicy chicken wings from a local Spar, they're bloody marvelous but an't be good for the diet for ****'s sake. It's pissing down again, can't be arsed to post that on the weather thread.
I do like chicken wings.. I sometimes buy a box of value chicken wings and a bottle of jack daniels marinade, marvellous snacky food Had aberdeen angus burgers the other night..
looks like snow's on it's way here. so sweats if that happens i'll be poaching a fawn's cheek in a broth made with freshly melted snow.
i think we are all on for snow saturday... apparently the worst will be just north of me in shropshire.. Tunns i saw a dead badger on the road the other day, I'm making a stock from its carcas and baking its nose
I wouldn't, they're disease ridden ****ers. We have some finest Aberdeen Angus burgers in the freezer and a pack of McCain french fries. I wanted that tonight, it was vetoed!! Bastard.
did you shag it first? for a bouquet garni you can use one of those poobags that dog owners leave in trees down public paths
Not a fan of poo bags hanging from the trees.. I think its delightful on a nice cold frosty morning they look like spectacular baubels..
