Lots of fresh tomato flavour and fat from the pancetta, supposed to be like that other than swimming in sauce.
As Comm asked is that a starter (antipasti) and I ask do you plan on cooking it, not sure why you have put the formaggio on before doing so, because I've heard of al dente, but that looks al cruda and where's the bloody sauce
The instructions were 5 mins to cook it and it was soft and really nice. Wasn't undercooked. I didn't want to drown out the pasta filling with a big sauce.
