Smoked salmon, ricotta and honey mezzelune pasta with pancetta and tomatoes.

Looks a bit dry bruv, needs a sauce.

 

No that's my meal for tonight.

 

Lots of fresh tomato flavour and fat from the pancetta, supposed to be like that other than swimming in sauce.

 

Doesn’t need to be swimming in it, just not as dry as a nuns fanjita.

You've nuked some bought pasta and hoyed some stuff on top.

As Comm asked is that a starter (antipasti) and I ask do you plan on cooking it, not sure why you have put the formaggio on before doing so, because I've heard of al dente, but that looks al cruda and where's the bloody sauce

 

But I hoyed.

 

The instructions were 5 mins to cook it and it was soft and really nice. Wasn't undercooked. I didn't want to drown out the pasta filling with a big sauce.

 

It's the hoying that counts mate. Although you hoyed together a starter or a very small childs meal.

 

you can't use the term 'big' in any context to that food.

 

There wasn't much chance of it drowning mate
