It's spiced pork sausage with glass noodles, onions with chillis and chilli sauce. You must have had yum yum whilst you had been here.
Got an overnight shin of beef chilli on the go.
Will be the dogs tomorrow, that's 2 teas and a lunch taken care of.

Personally I'd call it Glass Noodle with Thai Pork Sausage Spicy Salad but yumyum was quicker to type.

I do the same most weeks mind.
If it's going out off date, sometimes i will cook it, eat a bit, then ditch it.
We are ****s when it comes to food.
I probably hoy a good 25% of my shopping in the bin, one way or another. Total ****ing waste.
I refuse to hoy anything in the bin, if i buy it i eat it. Sometimes I can't eat what I want on a specific date due to use by dates, but I'd rather that then throw it in the bin. Not that I can't afford food, because I can, probably got enough shhite to last a month but it's not the point.
