Great protein and bang versatile. Can be roasted in Indian spices as a snack or made into hummus (with tahini). Can also be ground to make besan flour for onion bargee’s plus breads.
Just a thought, I used to make my own as my son loved all that stuff along with Texas fajita ****. Having a fully stocked spice cupboard helps no end.
