    And for my dinner I had one ham and mustard butty and one cheese and pickle butty with some carrot and coriander soup.

    For tea I will have the chilli I made last night, which tastes bloody marvelous but needs a couple of dried chilles thrown if for a bit more heat which I will do once it's on the simmer.

    Served on rice with grated cheddar on top and some garlic bread on the side.

    Couple of cold beers to go with that, got some ice cold Kronenburg in the fridge.

    Well I've just been for brunch.. Not brinner.

    Toby carvery breakfast.. Managed 9 bacon, 4 sausage, 6 hash brown, 2 eggs, beans, tomato and toast.. Two coffee's.

    I now have a food baby and will no doubt struggle not to fall asleep at my desk.

    Had porridge for breakfast, so far no **** at all this week.
    That'll go to **** tomorrow on breakfast Friday as it is then the works do in the evening so I'll have a big **** off breakfast.

    Got left over chilli for dinner, made plenty so sorted and it's a bloody lovely batch.

    Freezing, can't feel my feet.
