    There were 15 of us at my sister in law's mum's house today so turkey, gammon and all the trimmings. She's the cook in a big Irish pub in Cricklewood so the food was plentiful and beautifully cooked - but a couple of the kids said it was too plain. Did for me <laugh>

    Making a Punjabi style curry with the leftover lamb, this is the base mix just have to add lamb and water later.

    I’m bbqing again. Just done a quick dry rub for some bones chicken thighs. Got loads of sausages left from Saturday and burgers.

    Have also bought haloumi and a Camembert. Also making French fries with truffle oil and Parmesan.

    Got some decent sausages unused from yesterdays barbecue, going to do a slow cooker cassoulet type thing tomorrow.
