This time of the week, owt i've got left gets hoyed in a pan. Well it's not just this time of the week really, but it seemed about the best i can be arsed to muster.
Living on your own and cooking is a **** mix. I'm quite handy in the kitchen but it just seems pointless or not worth while getting the ingredients in. I like to make a big stew in the slow cooker and freeze individual portions, other than that it's easy stuff for me at the moment. I'm hoping to shag a female head chef soon, so it might change.
Traditional Good Friday nosh.. Single cream and buttered (lots) mash, with homemade battered fresh cod and marrowfat peas.. Will hammer the fish with Hammond's brown sauce later
Yeah I like it, trouble is I finish work at 7:30 and I've been working about 45 mins away recently so by the time I get home I'm done in. Met some chef on Tinder, she's pretty fit and clearly good in the kitchen. Meeting her Saturday night so I might get some beef curtains.
I've got a chippy about 200metres away from me, and i've never been been, but it's supposed to be a good one, and judging by the people there today as i went to work..Well i've never seen so many people queing up to get to a chippy.
I'm not even lying if i say there was near on 70/80 people waiting.. For a chippy, like you say, why only on this day?
I noticed it too. Must be Good Friday, suddenly everyone becomes a Christian for Easter. Pathetic tbh. I don't celebrate Ramadan so why should I celebrate Easter? I find it really odd.
I'm ****ing hungry... is it too late for curry? Got some rice to boil and a fresh (ish) curry from Asda. **** it I'm having a midnight curry.
