Basically pizza dough rolled thin and put in a ramekin, filled with bacon on the bottom, tomato, onions and a prime beef burger put on top. Cover with a thin pizza bread top with cuts in topped with mozzarella and pepperoni sausage and baked. Pics to follow.
I’m allowed it in moderation. 3 times a week is ok. That’s my fourth hit of red meat.. It’s ok though I have been taking mentally strong pro biotic tablets which seemingly bring balance to my stomach..
Had to fast for 36 hours but have eaten like a horse since. Spanish chicken breast with mash and brocolli for tea. Just had the last of the Christmas Panettone for supper, toasted with butter. ****ing lush.
Diverticulitis.. Well diverticulitis is the aftermath from popping diverticuli. Thankfully I haven’t popped one for a few months now.
