All our curries last night were way too wet as it goes. Tasty but not thick enough.

The pad thai and pad krapow were both lovely though.

Steak and chips tonight. Was going to go work tomorrow but have decided I'll go in in Thursday, still ****ed after last night.

For best scrambled eggs put a small splash of milk in the mix and cook in butter.

Table spoon full of cream stirred in at the end to finish them off. Lovely and creamy that way, never dry.

    Unctuous even!

Have to say ginge from my own experiences in working in them they never used coconut milk in them.

The main sweet dishes were korma and Malayan which was the same dish with pineapple and banana etc in it, both with sugar in

Now some of the bengali chefs would use coconut and almond powder but never coconut milk. The main ingredient was cream and believe it or not some places use carnation milk

Places stopped using the powdered almond etc as it became too expensive. So its basically a bit if onion gravy and loads of cream and sugar

A traditional korma uses a cashew paste. The sweetness is derived from raisins/sulatanas and not the actual sauce

Right i've warned you fookers time and time again. Firstly Ginge NEVER EVER had anything to do with doxxing HiaG.

Now someone has gone and overstepped the mark again, i've been tipped off and I know you fookers are at it behind PM's yer bar stewards.

HiaG is now banned as a result of it!

    Happy New Fooking Year <doh>

I never use coconut milk but on some dishes I will use coconut milk powder/flour if the dishes making korma types dictate. But as I stated before these are typically catered for the British palate.

@brb you might wanna delete my quote as well that followed HIAG’s post.

I don’t agree that he should be banned, he did to Ginge exactly what Ginge does to him which is use his first name, he hasn’t doxxed him.

    Thanks, done <ok>

As for the doxxing. I know Ginge was doxxed, but i was told in confidence. My guess is that information got back to HiaG.

We learn from HiaG, what we don't do is keep using HiaG as an excuse to make it alright every time another doxxing happens.
