For me fried rice is always better with the day before rice for stir fries. Also better for biriani as not too much starch. Alternatively you can blend this with potato and indian spices to make aloo tiki.
That’s always been the case but recipes are not cast in stone and people’s likes ad don’t likes are different. My advice is find a recipe that you like and tweet it to your taste.
Doesn't really do it justice, was too busy eating the ****er when it was on the plate. There is a sauce so not as dry as it looks!
