Around 3 or 4 beaten eggs, with the potatoes, use the combination of a hot plate and grill to cook (bottom then top) or even just throw in the oven. Be nice with some chopped bacon thrown into that too or skip the spuds and use tomatoes and bacon.
Haven’t been arsed to do any proper cooking today. Had boiled eggs and soldiers this morning. Just had a beef fajita pizza. Might make some dauphinois potatoes later.. just not sure what to have with it.

That’s how I make it. Well I resembles that.. I cube and boil potatoes with the skin on. Then whack them in the oven doused in olive oil. Then cube chilled corned beef and lob. Into a oven dish. Fry sliced onion til crispy add them to the corned beef. Add chopped gerkins, lots of Worcester sauce and a good dollop of mustard, I use Dijon. Mix all that together with the roasted potatoes in there too. Then pop in the oven for 10-15 mins. Serve with a snotty fried egg on top.
