Coco Lodge or Orchid Hotel in Bukavu do the best pizzas but the Orchid's frogs leg curry beats them both.

Sweat them in butter and cook gently, onions have enough sugar in them.

Better idea, mash up the salmon in a bowel add half a cup of onion, half a cup of red bell pepper and quarter cup of parsley. Add one slice of whole wheat bread whizzed in the blender (crust off). Beat one egg, salt n pepper. Fry for a few minutes each side until browned. This will make you four burgers packed with flavour. Eat in buns or with a rocket salad with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.

Actually made these for a customer a couple of days back.

Get a nice French baguette. Mix the salmon with salad creme and a bit of black pepper. Slice the loaf down the middle and butter both sides then spread the salmon/salad creme mix along the length. Garnish with cucumber and some crispy lettuce.
