Carpaccio is oe of my favs when it comes to beef, I like billtong and jerky as a snack but if I'm out and Carpaccio is on the menu then I'm having it.
I wish I knew what the fu.k you're all talking about. The most exotic beef I've had is of the corned variety - with HP sauce Tell a lie. I did have pastrami once. Does that count?
We have a lot of Indians here as tere is a big Asian community here.. We are blessed with a high standard of curry houses and all of them deliver..
Well last night the mrs made me a Thai dish called Laab, then proceeded to fire ping pong balls out of her fanny for fivers..
She's stayed in so prawn and tomato linguine washed down with a couple of Cidre, followed by a decent Shiraz. Happy days. No England on my tv.
Well after last nights tea of ale and sambuca. Tonight I'm having rump steak with stilton, dauphinoise potatoes, stuffed open mushroom sautéed cabbage.. A starter of garlic breaded mushrooms (shop bought) .. Two bottles of temperanillo and some posh coffee for my cafetiere.. Late lunch snack pop corn chicken and a findus crispy pancake..
Chicken, chorizo and chickpea casserole last night went down a storm. Good food and alliteration, double top result!
Nice, looked tasty. Just been over the hills, going for token two ales now. Then doing a roast later, need to procure parsnips though..
Left over beef stew with a couple of cheese and ham crusty cobs for dinner. ****ing grand. Think I'll make a chilli tonight. Perfect to avoid England and accompany the Great British Bake off final.
Think I'm doing chilli tonight also.. Day off today working in the garden. Not sure on lunch.. May have special scrambled eggs..
Lamb steaks with balsamic vinegar sauce and onions with veg tonight. For lunch I've opted for a pork n stuffing batch from some van, class.
