    I’m bloody starving.. the new is going to the supermarket with the plan iof coming back with the ingredients for a roast. I idea what meat she will get. Am hoping for beef..

    Went for anniversary cardio check this morning and everything seems hunky dory <cheers> ... will admit I was ****ting a bit coz just over 12 months ago a series of medical appointments went from bad to worse each time like a bad dream ... started with a bit of a sore shoulder (not related) and ended up with a quadruple heart bypass ...

    All of which puts the hilarious nonsense on here into perspective <laugh>
