Tuna Nicoise salad for this open minded francophile.

    Minus the potatoes.

Nah, it was good. Two small soft boiled eggs, tin of Tuna in water and a green leaf salad with a low cal dressing. Didn't need the spud.

I put all the stuff I lost after Christmas back on after a period of inactivity and nights out and barbecues! I'm starting from scratch again really. I'm trying to shed half a stone before I go away, I'd be ok with that. I've maintained the exercise mostly, it's the food intake that fell off a cliff.

Just need to focus on eating well at breakfast and dinner so I can have the occasional splurge for the evening meal. It's working away does it, we go out once a week for food and beer, which is fine, but it often becomes two.

Last week was an impromptu Tuesday curry night, followed by a beery barbecue, followed by inexplicably watching the England game Thursday. Hard to counter that!

You'd swear I was rocking fat the way I go on about it.

I'm not, just carrying a spare tyre currently that's a **** to shed.

Had a big plate of pad krapow today delicious but bang over my heat threshold apart from the usual 15 red Chillies it was loaded up with fresh green peppercorns. I’m on first name terms with the toilet seat. :steam:<cry>

Krapow translates as Thai basil and pad means wok fried. The meat is put on the end ie. pork (moo) chicken (gie) beef (nueaa) I had pad krapow moo.
