It’s pork loin cubed fried with Baked beans, Kidney beans, onions, chopped fennel, tomatoes, Chillies with smoked paprika with a dribble of honey. Oh I forgot the chopped cilantro.

 

I was in until the fennel, can’t stand the ****.

 

Optional, I take it you don’t like aniseed.

Incident: Wrecked on aniseed with a bunch of frogs and woke up with a baguette up his arse and a string of onions around his neck.
