    Well I’d rather the one that looks nicer and has quality sausages and not the ****ty 50p a pound crap full of ground hoof and other offal mixed with rusk. Also the eggs are cooked correctly and not by fat lazy chef with a string vest on with a *** in his gob and hairy shoulders.

    You have to cook it correctly or it's way too fatty, fry it off for quite a long time and drain the fat often. I've even gone as far as frying it off drain lots let it cool and wash off any fat. At that point add it to a curry or stew and it's lovely stuff.

    Really well cooked and quite dark before even adding it to a sauce, makes a big difference.
