Having three courses for lunch.. which really is dinner as won’t eat later.

    Squid to start

    Beefsteak in green pepper sauce.

Haven’t decided on dessert as yet.

Marinade the chicken with sugar, salt and cornflower and refrigerate. Bring your chicken stock to a boil add the chicken and cook for 3 mins then add the creamed corn. Stir in 2 tsp’s of cornflower mixed with some milk and bring to the boil, then reduce to medium for 5 minutes.

Turn off the gas leave for 2 minutes then add 1 whisked egg drizzled in slowly and season to taste, garnish with spring onions or coriander leaf.

Or you work 10.5 hour shifts and the kids can tuck in whenever they want later in the evening!!

I only cook for them once or twice a week, but I like to make some decent grub. Some staff just go and buy frozen pizza etc. lazy ****ers.

If I do pizza I get the kids to make it from fresh, throw dough at each other and ****.

Had 5 holes of golf. Two pints in the sun. Come home for a German dinner of weiner schnitzel, German noodles, sauerkraut, carrot fries and salad. Washing it down with a can 1664
