    I've got lasagne for tea.

    Will have with salad and garlic bread.

    Wasn't going to drink for the rest of the week but as United are on I feel I might have to. And not for the right reasons!

    I am having beans for tea..

    I may go for a run also and then do some other form of exercise, think i may have put on half a stone over the last 4 weeks which i am not too impressed with so i intend to starve myself for a few days combined with exercise.. that said i have had a rather nice lunch.. did a home bake ciabatta loaf last night, so i halved it filled it with mayo on the base then a roquet salad topped with pastrami and then drizzled with american squirty mustard... Was tremendous.. <ok> washed down with pepsi max
