Had too many last night. The blokes I work with got wind it was my birthday so we went out early and got back late. Ended the night on large G&T's as was literally full of beer.
This vino is smoothing away those bumps.

As did the breakfast baguette and large Cornish pasty at dinner.

More than a cheat day for me, more a steroid overload day!

Yes but better uncooked if you put in a tray in the oven with a little oil, onions sliced thinly, chillies and salt to taste until the onions start to brown. Stick in some sweet potatoes and cauliflower florets and coat with the oil and oven cook for another ten minutes. In a jug put 500 ml of stock of your choice, curry powder, black onion seeds and pour all over the veg then add your rice cooked or not. Add chopped green beans mix well and cover with foil for 25 minutes. Take out stir, add fresh coriander and cashew nuts with a healthy squeeze of lemon or lime.
