My Mrs makes that too. It’s bloody lovely. She did it with turkey mince once too. She made a Thai soup last week. Had that much chilli in till it I thought I was going to have a heart attack.
Well, I’m back in my favourite Argentinian steak house in Bristol. I’m starting with the shrimp and that will be followed by a fat juicy steak, medium rare, and thick cut chips, all washed down with a large glass of Malbec. Heaven!
