It's not that simple but yes they do a lot on growing your own food. Besides that though there's a lot of traditional recpies in there that have been passed down through the years and a lot of it is simple and easy to cook.

It looks good to be fair but as you know losing weight and getting fit is a lifestyle change and not a diet. I dropped 6 stone before I came here as there was no way I was dragging the equivalent of 42 bags of sugar around with me in this heat.

They are great books for healthy eating while still having great food, If you want a lifestyle change and need a bit of inspiration then get yourself some of these books.

There's a beetroot and cumin soup in the first one and I was interested because I found beetroot a bit of an oddity and had only really had the sliced pickled version of it which isn't great. I made the soup and it was unbeliveable, so nice. I've used the books over and over since then.

It’s nice roasted too but in soups it’s incredible.

Wine that’s what I’m having for dinner.

All I’ve eaten all day is a scotch egg and some grapes.

Tonight I’m going to drink wine and skip dinner. Thusly using my calorie intake for booze.

Not that I’m counting my calories as I’m not.

You’d also add a pack of bacon, 6 sausages and a mountain pigs blood.
