They are my particular favourite too. I used to sell shed loads of them to the high heeled Uber rich luvvies that lived in my area. They were a steal at £4:50 for a 375g pot.
Like many on here I don't eat too much bread, but I appear to be on my own tonight (I'm sure I was told where my wife and daughter would be, but didn't listen) so I have just made a "**** off" roast chicken door step sandwich. It wouldn't have looked out of place on "man verses food"!!
Going to cook tonight for the first time in awhile. Chicken and chorizo with red peppers, tomatoes and butter beans, mildly seasoned with a bit of chilli and served with a jacket and some broccoli
^^^^^^^ I have to say that sounds delicious. Not a big chilli fan, but the rest is just up my street, especially the butter beans.
Mushroom and ricotta tortellini with a bolognese sauce, grated pecorino on top. Bloody lovely. Sparkling water as the drink.
Was given a bottle of Jack Daniels the other day. I don't know what to do with it, never really drank it. Any bourbon aficionados can give me tips on what to drink it with or should i justy pass it on to someone else?
It's ok, mix it over ice with coke or ginger beer. It's very overrated by muppets who think it's some kind of cool rock star drink but there are a shed load of better bourbons out there.
