Just add noodles fold and munch. Not much to it but it works.

 

Italian week in Lidl so I've got the ingredients in for the Anthony Bordain sandwich. That's my Sunday morning.

Baked spud for lunch. And shared some alphabet spaghetti with the youngest……

 

Chicken thigh.

 

Italian fennel sausage casserole/stew.

 

Thanks to @luvgonzo for inspiring this ... we were down at the Mother-in-laws this weekend and the missus and daughters prepared a Greek Feast ... Beef stifado (slow cooked overnight), herb rice, Greek salad, mint (from our garden) potatoes, olives, stuffed peppers, olive bread ...
