Oh right, that explains the bad grammar.

 

Must admit it confused me a few times. I kept thinking it was Westy playing silly fookers at first lol

 

Linguine with sun-dried tomatoes, capers, chilli, peppers and anchovies.

 

Experimental air fryer thick cut rib eye, with herby roast new potatoes.

Worked well as it goes. No doubt pan fry is better, but it was well cooked, rare, and warm all the way through. Very tasty.

 

Needs sauce

 

Had half a can of baked beans ready to go.

Nice blob of ketchup and it’ll be great.

 

What is it?

 

Chicken with chimichurri. Had a bit of potato and a bit of sweet potato left over so double potato.

 

Base for a tandoori chicken curry.

 

Also doing a chana Dal.

 

Curry tonight, just ordered. Collect in 10 minutes.

Just me and my middle 'un, basic fayre; one chicken madras, one chicken bhuna, one naan, two parata, plain rice.

Got some Bwtty Bach ales for with the curry and a nice red open for later.

 

I should probably have ordered one instead of all the effort.

 

Mine was lovely.

The paratas a bit greasy though.

 

Used Ghee for the first time, makes a huge difference.

 

Gonna go buy a bottle of something and get drunk
