Don’t care but can’t say I’m a big steak sauce fan. If it’s a good steak it doesn’t need one.

Ketchup obvs. Ketchup makes everything better.

Bordelaise sounds good.... I'm with Ranger though - rarely have it. As long as it's nicely seasoned, I find the sauce detracts from the flavour of the meat / smoke.

 

I see people missed it. I had the monkey gland sauce.

Youngest footy training tonight so I got organised. Oven cooked some chicken thighs and made a curry paste. Now combining the 2.

 

you need to try some coriander n chilli yoghurt over that

amazing

will give you recipe for it if ya want next time

We have and I'm a lazy **** who tends to cook with what's in and of course dry ingredients keep and fresh don't. I completely agree with you btw.
