Lasagna for tea with the usual accompaniments, salad & garlic bread.

 

Hmmm, relevant topic.

Is anyone going to critique this lasagne?

 

Barbecue tonight, can't miss this Indian summer opportunity.

Have a rump steak, spiced pork belly and some sweet chilli chicken thighs.

Work mates bringing burgers, sausages, plain pork belly and other such stuff.

Got some stuffed peppers and chorizo wrapped haloumi tapas as sides.

Beer and wine to wash down obvs.

 

Bit cheesy for me I'd like more Ragu and another layer at least. Everyone's different with lasagne though as I've said previously. I'm sure it's really nice but I'd prefer my own.

 

Good shout will have to do the same one day this week.

i prefer the vegetarian version myself but it Was very tasty but as always I have to produce them as the customers prefer them.

 

Was gonna make a ceasar salad but couldn't be arsed so I made this instead.

 

Good decision. Looks fantastic.

 

It was. Gonna have the ceasar for lunch tomorrow. My PEK is chilling in the fridge.
