Curry paste made ready for tonight. One will have chickpea and spinach the other kidney bean and aubergine with yoghurt. Lots of coriander and some extra ginger for both.
It's called an air fryer but it's just a small convection oven so the radishes were roasted. I still ****in hate radishes. The missus tried one and she said it was ****in horrible.
Went out last night, local Italian for a mates 50th. Had Arancini starter, with an njua sausage sauce. Spider crab linguine as main. Then some italian ice cream/espresso/booze dessert, followed by Limoncella. Plenty red. Great food, too much of it really. Would recommend @luvgonzo if you're ever down this way. No pics, soz. That would have been weird.
They do a daily ragu; lamb, beef or duck. Was duck last night but four others were having it so I went for the crab. Their fish stew is exceptional and enough for two, Mrs Chief had that, she left about a quarter of it.
It does look good. Going to this tap room near the ground tomorrow, pre match. They have a proper burger van too, really good stuff. Plus loaded 'dirty' fries type stuff. Might even take pics if I cba.
