I'm back at the brothel, made mself a pot of Vietnamese style chicken noodle soup. Served with buttered slices of a sour bread bloomer which I made at the cash till at Lidl and cba to take picture of. It's glorious even if I do say so myself.
It's bangin, and really simple to make as well. Simple ingredients, was quite cheap, and less than an hour to make including prep. It's one of those I'll make again but tinker with the veg next time, maybe go with long stem brocolli and bok choy (read about this) or water chestnuts if I can get a hold of any.
