See if it improves. would imagine your old side line with cbd oils and tablets would work really well with it too when it flares up if you still have any of it. I didn't really need to lose weight, but I have and it's not a bad thing because it needed bringing under control. Getting use to it now. Chicken is the only meat I eat or fish, just vary it between vegetables or a salad. Porridge and plenty of fruit. Not had any pies, sausages, cakes, biscuits or sweets and changed my bread. I'm ok on the dairy side, because I don't eat cheese and I have olive spread instead of butter. It was really hard the first 3 or 4 weeks, worse than giving up smoking! I've always liked fruit and veg anyway, which is the plus side of it all. Saturday will be beer day and whatever is available to eat, as my mate got me tickets for the football as I've not been able to go for a while.
