Man claims hes had numerous fry ups in northern Ireland yet never knew what vegetable roll is.

Thats just odd. Considering its a national dish basically.

Hence the proddy fry up comment, he mustve eaten off blue curbs

Im sure he said north too, or tried to anyway

Is it a national breakfast dish though?

Been to Norn Ireland three times and had many breakfasts, never heard of it mate.

But you clearly know better obvs

If you Google it, not one mentions this thing you speak of.

Potato cake, like I said, yes.
Soda bread, yes.
White pudding, yes.

Vegetable roll, no sir.

Been doing some googling of NI fried breakfast, Belfast breakfast and Ulster fry. No mention. White/black pudding, even kidney and liver, but no vegetable roll.

Did a search for Suckys fry and that didn’t help either.
