Yep was the main, in a three course lunch. Had salted cod fritters for starters and Lemon Panacotta for pud
Haven't seen that but it's only a small shop so they don't have everything there, they are building a big one just down the road though 2 minute walk from me. It's sad that I'm so looking forward to it.
Lol. We had a new one built in the town near me a couple of years ago. It was the talk of the town months before it opened and once it had. Everybody was checking with each other about whether they'd been to the new Lidl yet It's a big deal
Here we go. Buffalo chicken strips with blue cheese dip to start. Sirloin, medium rare, as main. A local American ipa as the beer. Pub food, really good too.
It's a really good place. There isn't loads on the menu, mainly just pub tradition stuff. Their steak and chips is top drawer. Did forty quid in, think I was over charged as it goes, but, what the ****, felt like having food brought to me tonight. The ipa was really good, can't even remember the brewery.
Some great Yam put up today homemade and otherwise replace the pig stuff with meat of my choice and I’d eat them all
