Did the cat vomit in the blue bowl? No idea what’s going on here. Did you wait for him to go to bed an scrape in the bin? I hope so.

Apparently apple has always been added to pork. The acid in the apples is thought to help you digest the pork.

Something I remember my Mum telling me from my pre-Muslim days.

Luncheon today was three slices of wholemeal toast, topped with roasted cheddar cheese, further topped with a tin of Heinze reduced salt and sugar beans.

    No pics.

I prefer the salty sweetened beans tbh.

My Ragu recipe, this is based on trying many so called traditional Ragu sauces. It's a southern Italy recipe and that's why there's milk.

1 large carrot, onion and 2 sticks of celery chopped and fried until soft in good olive oil.

1kg of good mince beef fried until starting to turn golden.

Add the beef to the veg then add 100g triple concentrate Tom puree and 250ml red wine. Cook on very low for 3 hours lid on steering occasionally making sure there is moisture in the mix and that it doesn't dry out, then add 200ml whole milk and cook for 30 minutes. Salt and pepper. Add to pasta.
