Just been for a carvery. Had beef. Was lovely quality though overcooked for me. Like my beef rare. This was well done an melted in the mouth.

    Believe it or not, Wetherspoons.

It is a genuinely cracking piece of rump, only fifteen quid and there's a pint thrown in too!

So far I've spunked £125 on this bunch of moaning ****s because we've got no power on.

    Do pizzas have flavours?

Just had a lovely breakfast of bacon and eggs. Four rashers, two eggs. No toast.

Pot of Kenyan coffee on the side.

Lamb tagine for tea I hear.

Had pulled gressingham duck last night with slaw and French fries.

Also did creamy garlic mushroom on toast to start.

Did a cooked breakfast last weekend. Had fried haggis with it as had no sausages.

    That sounds nice.

On all fronts, I like an occasional bit of haggis.

Discovered that frying haggis is not ideal though. The thing hot lumps of lava from the pan at me..

Tomato base or bbq luv? Sounds good though with out the weird sausage crust.

I normally go for the New Yorker with bbq sauce.

Tom sauce I find the BBQ a bit sweet, the hotdog crust was surprisingly good with a bbq dip. If you click on pizza legends and type in THESAUSAGEDOG you can order my creation.

Now I know what you mean by flavours. They sound hideous though, must be honest.

Pizza should be thin and crispy base, tomato sauce, cheese and then a couple of toppings and herbs.

    Anything else sounds horrific .

I do like a bbq pizza. Thick base but crispy. Lots of cheese then bacon, strips of grilled chicken, onions and peppers.

The toppings sound great. I'm not sold on the sauce though.

Favourite pizza for me would be a thin and crispy margarita and I'd have decent ham, mushrooms and black olives on it. A swirl of hot chilli oil or flakes to finish it off.

Dominos is pure junk food for when you want that fatty takeaway, I like it and also like the more traditional pizzas, thin base and less toppings. Depends on my mood really.

My creation was lovely though all the family really liked it.

I put four pounds on this week! Nasty pizza Monday, ridiculously huge plate of mixed meats with some pints Wednesday, large rump steak and a gallon of ale Thursday. Hardly surprising really.

If it ever stops raining i might have to have a beach run tomorrow.
