Having seen your prep of the ingredients for that, I would defo try it. Love mushrooms and prosciutto. I quite like the way you keep it light, rather than it being thick and heavy.
It was very nice, toasted pine nuts and sage really add to it and the ham and mushrooms give it real depth of flavour. My fave dish of the holidays. Had a small glass of Manzanilla with it which suited perfectly.
Not for me tbh, and a point off for serving what I assume are bay leaves. Still, I’m sure it was tasty.
