    Some people add lights for heat. I never have and its always turned out well.

    So I've been messing about with making chilli for years and thought I made a good one. I then started looking at these American chilli cook offs and wondered what I could learn and if there was a big difference.

    I posted 2 on here after following the recipe, one American chilli and one Texan style.

    Big difference to what we do and the results are well worth the effort.

    Anyway I'm posting mine up later Which is the recipe I've come up with and a mix of what I've learned from the 2 styles.
