Moroccan style lamb meatballs and cous cous tonight. Prepping now.

 

I expect thats tasty. Not my thing, I hate cous cous. Cheap nasty ****. But that dish looks good

 

Not a fan of black pudding but this one was delicious.
Nice breakfast, everything well cooked. Could have done with four rashers, two sausages and some more beans.
The digs were spot on. The whole place was like a show home. Guess they've been doing it up during lockdown.

 

Disappointing lack of haggis.

 

Popped into Tesco Lotus on the way home, saw a large packet of pork bones with plenty of meat on them. Steamed them for 20 minutes the put them in a pan with onions, a potato, red lentils , six red chilli’s and 400 ml of pork stock. Feed 4, ****ing delicious!
