I got 8 of these bad boys from john lewis couple years ago but now only 4 remain. Youd love em bruv they rather big and go deep

 

I ****ed my neck up in the surf a couple of weeks ago, so my exercise regime has been practically zero.

Have also combined this with working at a big food event last week and eating Italian Arracinis, Jamacian Rum Cakes, Curried Goat, Ice Cream, and a couple of Gourmet Burgers stuffed with bacon, cheese, Jalapenos and creamy slaw.
